HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY - SOFIA!

Sofia's birthday was March 27th - But today we had her party at our house. I think she had a great time turning 3! Here is an overview in pictures.

Here is Sofia at 6:20 AM - We blew-up balloons and put them in her room while she was sleeping the night before as well as hung streamers from the ceiling. I heard her wake up, talking a bit, then came to the hall and said, "Mamma - come and see my room!". We had to all come in her room and open some early morning presents. It was a good start to the day.

She had many presents from Gramme, Grandpa, Fami, and FarFar.

Later in the day, She had a little party at daycare. We brought plain cookies with frosting and sprinkles to decorate them. Each kid got to make one. I think Sofia enjoyed this too.

Enjoying her party.

After school, we went out to dinner for pizza (Sofia's choice) at UNO. Again, Sofia had a nice time. It was the most fun, patient, and well behaved I've seen her in a restaurant. If you ask her what she had, she'll say "cheese stick, pizza, ice, and CHOCOLATE!" "And they sang me a special song." She got a yummy chocolate brownie dessert and the staff sang a loud obnoxious song for her. It initially scared her, but she was surprised. (Sorry, no pics - we forgot the camera)

Then, today, we had her party with friends at our house.
